Johann Hirschberg

Johann Hirschberg (born February 12, 1847 in Bischofsburg , † December 19, 1910 in Wartenburg ) was a Catholic clergyman and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Hirschberg attended elementary school in Bischofsburg, grammar school in Rößel from 1858 to 1867 and the Lyceum Hosianum zu Braunsberg until 1871. In 1871 he became chaplain in Tiefenau ( West Prussia ), in 1884 curate in Ortelsburg - Johannisburg , in 1888 priest in Wartenburg, in 1893 archpriest and in 1900 Dome of Honor . He was the bearer of the Red Eagle Order IV class .

From 1904 to 1908 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1903 until his death he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Reichstag electoral district of Königsberg 9 and the German Center Party .
