Johannes Flütsch
Johannes Flütsch (born April 5, 1945 in Bern , Switzerland ; † April 7, 2014 ) was a Swiss filmmaker , director , film and theater producer and author.
Life
After secondary school and completing his apprenticeship in 1962, he worked as a seaman, farm worker in South Africa and truck driver. From 1965 to 1970 he studied painting at the University of Fine Arts in Berlin . In 1967 Flütsch started with Rosa von Praunheim , Werner Schroeter a . a. to film and then moved from 1971 to 1975 to the German Film and Television Academy Berlin . Flütsch wrote articles and photo reports a. a. for the Weltwoche , the Tages-Anzeiger , the Tagesanzeiger Magazin and the Berner Zeitung . He taught film and directing at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin and at the Zurich University of the Arts .
