Johannes Flachmeyer

Johannes Flachmeyer (* 1980 in Lübeck ) is a German actor and screenwriter .

Life

In order to become an actor, Flachmeyer took part in several auditions, including at the "Ernst-Busch" college in Berlin , where he was also accepted. But he finally completed his acting studies from 2004 to 2007 at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich . During his studies he played at the Münchner Kammerspiele, among others . In 2007 he appeared at the Stadttheater Fürth in the fairy tale evening Der Wolf ist tot (Director: Stefan Otteni ), a production by the Münchner Kammerspiele, based on motifs by the Brothers Grimm . For this he received the ensemble award at the Bavarian Theater Days in 2007 .

From the 2007/08 season he was a permanent member of the ensemble at Theater Bremen for two seasons . There he stood there as son Michael Peschler in fear banned by Lukas Holliger (premiere: October 2007, director: Alice Buddeberg ), as Ruprecht in Der zerbrochne Krug (premiere: October 2008, director: Christian Pade ), as Clitandre in Der Misanthropist (premiere: December 2008, director: Alice Buddeberg), as Georges in Die dirty hands (premiere: January 2009, director: Wulf Twiehaus ) and as an architect in Die Wahlverwandschaften (premiere: April 2009, director: Philip Stemann ) on stage . In the 2009/10 season he was a guest at the Schauspiel Frankfurt , where he played in Robert Schuster's production of Brecht's mother Courage and her children , among other things as a recruiter, as the one-eyed man and as the young soldier.

In the 2010/11 season he appeared in Hamburg at the Altona Theater as a guest in the role of Harry in Neue Vahr Süd (premiere: April 2011, director: Georg Münzel ). In the 2011/12 season he also took on the role of Trigorin in Die Möwe in a production by Alice Buddeberg at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg . In January 2012 he was part of the premiere cast of Oliver Kluck's drama Leben und Erben at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg (director: Dominique Schnizer ).

During his studies he already had his first film and television engagements. On television he was in the ZDF crime series Stubbe - Von Fall zu Fall (2010; as a murdered soccer player and whistleblower Gerwin Streek) and in the ZDF television series SOKO Leipzig (2011; as Western shooter Carsten Assner), Commissioner Stolberg (2011; as Felix Hussmann, business partner of the murder victim) and coast guard (2011; as project manager Henk Mühlsdorf).

Flachmeyer also works as a speaker for radio features and in dubbing.

From 2014 to 2018 Flachmeyer studied screenwriting at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB). Since completing his studies, he has mainly worked as a screenwriter. He lives in Berlin.
