Johannes Sedlmayr , also Hannes Sedlmayr , (born September 12, 1990 in Bad Tölz ) is a German ice hockey player who has been playing for EC Bad Tölz in the Oberliga Süd since 2015 .
Career
Sedlmayr began his career with the Tölzer Löwen youngsters , where he went through all youth departments. For the 2005/06 season he played with the junior team of EC Bad Tölz in the German junior league . There the center was able to continuously improve in the following years and was already one of the attackers with the highest points in the team in its second year. In the three years that Sedlmayr was active in the DNL, he scored 99 points in 105 games. Due to the good performance, some talent scouts from the higher German ice hockey leagues became aware of the left-handed shooter.
In the summer of 2008 it was finally the people in charge of Füchse Duisburg who were able to sign him. Johannes Sedlmayr received a contract until 2012 and was also given a sponsorship license , through which he is also entitled to play for the cooperation partner Herner EV from the top division. After the Duisburg had to file for bankruptcy after the 2008/09 season , Sedlmayer moved to EC Bad Tölz in the league.
