Jules Dubois (born May 5, 1862 in Pontoise , † December 1, 1928 in Levallois-Perret ) was a French cyclist .

Jules Dubois was a professional from 1885 to 1897. In his first year as a professional in 1885, he became the first French champion in the standing race and was on the podium several times in the following years. He also won several one-day races that led from Paris to other French cities. In 1894 he set a new hour record in Paris with 38.220 kilometers .

After the end of his cycling career, Dubois worked as a balloonist .
