Julie & Ludwig ( Julie Zahra and Ludwig Galea ) are a Maltese singing duo .

You represented Malta in 2004 at the Eurovision Song Contest in Istanbul . With their song On Again… Off Again - text by Gerard James Borg , produced by Ralph Siegel - they reached eighth place in the semifinals with 74 points. In the final they came twelfth with a total of 50 points.

After the release of their album Moodswings , the duo toured the United States . In 2006 they separated.

2014 took Ludwig as part of the band Trilogy on Malta Euro Song Contest in part, reaching the final tenth place.
