William Mangion
William Mangion (born August 24, 1958 in Naxxar ) is a Maltese singer.
He represented the island republic of Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest 1993 in Millstreet in Ireland with his self-written rock-soul title This Time , which brought him to eighth place. He remained a well-known singer on the island. He performed in night clubs and cruise ships with a pianist or his band. His programs were mostly cover versions .
