Yulia Alexeyevna Golubchikova

Julija Alexejewna Golubtschikowa ( Russian Юлия Алексеевна Голубчикова , English transcription Yuliya Golubchikova ; born March 27, 1983 in Moscow ) is a former Russian pole vaulter .

Golubchikova's best is 4.75 m and was measured at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing , where she finished fourth.

The vice-junior world champion from 2002 won silver at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Birmingham in 2007 and was sixth at the World Championships in Osaka . In 2008 she was fourth at the Olympic Games in Beijing and at the World Athletics Finals . In 2009 she won the title at the European Indoor Championships in Turin . At the World Championships in Berlin , she qualified for the final, but did not appear there. At the world finals she was fourth again.

At the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona in 2010 , she was seventh.

In 2005, 2007 and 2009 she was national indoor champion, in 2009 and 2010 outdoors.

Yulia Golubchikova starts for the MGFSO club and is trained by Oleg Diasdinow.
