After the bare and battered Megan Harris is found unconscious on the beach, police officer Helen Norwich is investigating rape. Since the suspects are two women, there is a debate as to whether this is a case of rape. The women accused are still charged in court.

Christopher Null wrote on www.filmcritic.com that compared to this film, the “similar and just as bad” thriller Body Shots looked like a “masterpiece” .

The Lexicon of International Films wrote that the film was "interesting in its approach, but undecided in its execution" . He oscillates “between the description of the milieu, judicial drama, police film, crime thriller and portrait of a woman ” and “never finds a coherent tone” , but rather “likes the sequence of clichés” .
