Women who are victims of human trafficking or forced prostitution also receive protection and the necessary support.

Advice and psychotherapy for people in crisis
Individuals, couples or families are advised free of charge on partnership problems, separation, legal issues. Addiction advice is also free. This tries to understand the background of the addictive behavior and points out outpatient and state treatment options.
The emergency number 142 is available around the clock. Online counseling by telephone counseling is also anonymous.

The day care center “Eggerheim” offers the homeless daily food, clothing, sanitary facilities and a washing machine.
Work and employment

In cooperation with SPAR , a SPAR supermarket is operated on Tirolerstraße in Villach. Here people over 50 and the long-term unemployed get temporary employment. The aim is to reintegrate them into the regular labor market.
