The Kaiserbach , formerly and partly still today the official Kappelbach , on the Unterlauf also Elsenbach , is an almost 21 km long watercourse in the southern Palatinate ( Rhineland-Palatinate ) and a left tributary of the Klingbach .

The Kaiserbach rises in the southern Palatinate Forest , the German part of the Wasgau . The source is located within the Gossersweiler district of the Gossersweiler-Stein community at about 280  m above sea level. NHN next to Kreisstraße  8, which is called Am Kaiserbach in town . The brook then flows through the districts of Völkersweiler , Waldrohrbach - from there on the federal highway 48 accompanies it to the eastern edge of the mountains - and Waldhambach .

The Kaiserbach leaves the low mountain range to the east between the Treutelsberg (right) and the Madenburg (left), crosses under the German Wine Route between Klingenmünster and Eschbach and reaches the Upper Rhine Plain . There it flows through the districts of Göcklingen , Heuchelheim-Klingen , Appenhofen and Billigheim-Ingenheim .

Southwest of Rohrbach , the emperor Bach approaches increasingly left the Klingbach, he finally in between Rohrbach and stone hamlet at about 129  m height leads .
