Kaiserspitz is a settlement in the Vienna Woods in Lower Austria , and belongs to the village of Rekawinkel in the municipality of Pressbaum in the Sankt Pölten-Land district .
geography
The place is located 15 kilometers west of the city limits of Vienna , 5 kilometers west of Pressbaum, above Rekawinkel. The 416 m above sea level. A. Hohe Kaiserspitz is a wooded ridge, the location extends east of the summit to around 400 m , along the municipal boundary to Eichgraben . The settlement has around 100 addresses.

history
As a result of the Oberau settler coup, in November 1926 the republic leased a cleared area on the Kaiserplateau to the unemployed, who initially lived there in simple wooden huts. The federally owned land was given to the tenants in the 1960s.
