The Canton Nevers-Est was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Nevers , in Nièvre and in the region of Burgundy ; its main town was Nevers . Marcel Charmant was the representative in the General Council of the department from 1993 to 2011, followed by Delphine Fleury.
