Reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017
As a result of the reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017, the area of the municipality of Montapas from the Arrondissement Nevers was assigned to the Arrondissement Château-Chinon (Ville) .
Instead , the area of the municipality of Bazolles changed from the Arrondissement of Château-Chinon (Ville) to the Arrondissement of Nevers.
