Saincaize-Meauce is a municipality with 376 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in central France in the department of Nièvre in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . Saincaize-Meauce belongs to the Arrondissement of Nevers and the Canton of Nevers-3 (until 2015: Canton Imphy ).

Saincaize-Meauce is about ten kilometers southwest of Nevers on the banks of the Allier . Saincaize-Meauce is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gimouille in the north, Challuy in the northeast, Magny-Cours in the east and southeast, Mars-sur-Allier in the south, Neuvy-le-Barrois in the southwest and Apremont-sur-Allier in the west.
