Saxi-Bourdon is a French municipality with 299 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nièvre in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Nevers and the Canton of Guérigny (until 2015: Canton Saint-Saulge ).

Saxi-Bourdon is about 62 kilometers south of Auxerre and about 23 kilometers east of Nevers . Saxi-Bourdon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Jailly in the north, Saint-Saulge in the northeast, Rouy in the east and southeast, Billy-Chevannes in the south and Bona in the west.
