Kapembwa Simbao is a politician in Zambia .
Kapembwa Simbao is an electrical engineer. He worked at ZESCO as a development engineer. He served as Deputy Minister in various departments. From 1996 to 2001 he was secretary of the Movement for Multiparty Democracy in Luanshya Main District and then went to Mbala, where he became vice chairman of the MMD in 2005.
Kapembwa Simbao represents the Senga Hill constituency in the Mbala district in the National Assembly of Zambia . He was Deputy Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Deputy Minister in the Presidential Office, Deputy Minister of Health in May 2005, became Deputy Minister of Finance in the August 2006 cabinet reshuffle until he became Minister of Labor and Supply in October 2006.
Kapembwa Simbao is a member of the Adventist Church.
