Karikiki Island is an island in Samar Province in the Philippines . It is located about 34 km off the north coast of Biliran Island , 48 km west of Calbayog City and 57 km east of Masbate Island in the western part of the Samar Sea . The island has an area of ​​approximately 1.8 km² and is administered by the municipality of Almagro . On the island is the Barangay Kerikite, which had 806 inhabitants at the 2007 census.

Karikiki Island is of volcanic origin. The topography of the island has a predominantly hilly character, in the southern part of the island the profile of the island rises to just over 200 meters above sea level. The island's coastline is very irregular. The Barangay Kerikite is located on the largest bay on the island, which cuts deep into the coastline. The vegetation of the island consists partly of dense, tropical vegetation. Most of the inhabitants live from fishing. There is no tourist infrastructure on the island.

To the northeast of the island is Camandag Island in about 10 km and to the southeast of Santo Niño Island in 12 km. 11 km to the west is Almagro Island , 27 km to the southwest of the island is Maripipi Island and 34 km to the northwest is Tagapul-an Island .
