Dalupiri is the name of an island in Northern Samar Province in the Philippines . It is located about 12 km off the northwest coast of the island of Samar , at the transition from the Samar Sea to the San Bernardino Strait . The island has an area of approximately 27 km² and is administered by the municipality of San Antonio .
Dalupiri has an elongated elliptical shape with a length of 11 km and a width of 4 km. The topography of the island is characterized by a flat hilly landscape. The vegetation of the island consists partly of dense, tropical vegetation, but partly also of intensively agriculturally used areas.
To the west is Capul about 18 km and the Naranjo Islands about 30 km from the island. The island can be reached via the port of San Isidro and Victoria .
Another island, Dalupiri, is in the Babuyan Archipelago , on the Luzon Strait .
