Biri Island is the northernmost of the Balicuartro Islands and has an elongated arrow-shaped shape with a length of about 8 km and a width of about 2.5 km. The island's coastline is characterized by steep cliffs and small, shallow bays. The topography of the island is characterized by a flat hilly landscape, in the southern center of the island the terrain rises to over 100 meters above sea level.
