Karin Hardt
Karin Therese Meta Hardt (born April 28, 1910 in Altona , † March 5, 1992 in Berlin ) was a German actress .
Life
The merchant's daughter initially took private acting lessons from Alex Otto and received theater engagements in Mönchengladbach, Rheydt and Altenburg. In 1931 she made her film debut with Father Goes on Travel and quickly became a popular star in the years to come. Among her best-known films of the 1930 year include A certain Mr. Gran (1933) next to Hans Albers , Barcarolle (1935), The detours of the beautiful Karl (1938) and people from the music hall (1939), where she was naive blonde competitor of La Jana used has been. In 1991 she stood in front of the camera one last time for Mrs. Harris and the marriage fraud at Inge Meysel's side . She also played the Countess of Strelenau in the television series Die Wicherts next door .
Karin Hardt was married to the director Erich Waschneck from 1933 . Her second, later divorced, marriage was with Rolf von Goth . In 1983 she received the gold film tape for many years of outstanding work in German film.
Her grave is in the Wilmersdorf cemetery in Berlin , anonymous burial.
