Karoline Guthke

Karoline Guthke (* 1974 in Munich ; sometimes also known as Karo Guthke ) is a German actress , director and voice actress .

Life

After graduating from high school , Karoline Guthke completed an acting training at the Munich Drama Studio. He also attended workshops and took lessons from various well-known acting teachers such as Sanford Meisner . She completed her training with a diploma from the renowned American Academy of Dramatic Arts . She is also a trained mezzo-soprano .

Since the late 1990s, Karoline Guthke has been seen as an actress mainly on the theater stage, for example at Theater44 in Munich, at the Salzburg Elisabethbühne , at the Schauspielhaus there , in Berlin and at the Theater an der Effingerstrasse in Bern. She played leading roles like that of "Franziska" in Roland Schimmelpfennig's Die Arabische Nacht at the Schauspielhaus Salzburg and that of "Maria Tura" in the Swiss premiere of To be or Not to be based on Melchior Lengyel, staged by Stefan Meier . In 2011 she staged Markus Köbelis Zimmer free in the theater on Effingerstraße in Bern and in the 2011/2012 season Less 2 based on Samuel Benchetrit .

Karoline Guthke also regularly takes on roles in film and television productions . She played in the love story Coast of Dreams according to Rosamunde Pilcher and one of the leading roles in the movie Aphrodite's Night . She also took on numerous guest roles in television series such as Kanal Fatal , Der Bulle von Tölz , Siska , Lindenstrasse , Stefanie For All Cases , Die Rote Meile and Die Rosenheim-Cops . In Forsthaus Falkenau she embodied the recurring role of "Konstanze Tannrath".

In addition, she also works extensively as a voice actress. She lent her voice to numerous internationally known actresses such as Jessica Biel in Blade: Trinity , Ali Larter in Final Destination and Final Destination 2 , Clea DuVall in The Faculty , Rachel Stevens in S Club 7 in Miami and Sara Gilbert as "Darlene Conner" in of the comedy series Roseanne .
