The 6th Tour of Qatar took place from January 28th to February 2nd, 2007. The bike race was held in six stages over a distance of 717 kilometers.
The Tour of Qatar is part of the UCI Asia Tour 2007 and is classified in category 2.1. The race begins with a team time trial in the capital Doha , in the periphery of which the tour is largely held. The route offers no topographical difficulties and is therefore mostly a matter for sprinters.
