Kether Donohue (born August 22, 1985 in Manhattan , New York City , New York ) is an American actress and voice actress who is best known for her impersonation of Lindsay in the comedy series You're the Worst .

life and career

Kether Donohue graduated from Fordham University . She began her career as a dubbing actress in numerous productions, including dubbing characters in the series Kappa Mikey and Pokémon . As an actress, she first appeared in two episodes of the series Hope & Faith in 2005 . Guest roles in Royal Pains , Perfect Couples , Ringer and The Carrie Diaries followed . In 2012 and 2015 she starred as Alice in the films Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2 . Since 2014 she has played one of the leading roles in the FX / FXX comedy series You're the Worst alongside Aya Cash and Chris Geere . For her role there as Lindsay Jillian , Donohue was nominated for a 2016 Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
