Klaus Aichinger

Klaus Erich Aichinger (born September 1, 1947 in Heidelberg ; † July 7, 2017 in Munich ) was a German dentist and professional politician.

Life

After graduating from high school in 1968, Aichinger studied dentistry at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg , which he completed in 1975 with the state examination. He received his doctorate in 1977 on the subject of "Influence of the essential amino acids tyrosine and tryptophan on gastric juice proteolysis in vitro". Aichinger was based in Landshut from 1979 to 2016 . He obtained his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in implantology and oral surgery in 2009 . Aichinger was a member of the Lions Club Landshut, of which he was president in the Lions year 1986/87. He was one of the veterans of the Landshut Wedding , which takes place every four years . In 2013 he was there for the ninth time, always in the same position: as envoy of the city of Straubing . Aichinger was married and has two grown children. His final resting place is in the Landshut Central Cemetery.

Professional politics

From 1980 to 2016 Aichinger was a delegate to the Representative Assembly of the Bavarian Dental Association (KZVB) and to the Assembly of Delegates of the Bavarian State Dental Association (BLZK), of which he was a member of the Board of Directors from 1990 to 1998 and of which he was again from 2010 to 2014. Since 2014 he has been chairman of the BLZK's advanced training committee.

In 2000 he was a founding member of the Association of Future Dentists Bavaria and its 2nd chairman until 2003. From 1990 to 1998 he was 1st chairman of the Lower Bavaria Dental District Association (Kdö.R.) and from 1998 to 2006 its advanced training officer. From 2005 to 2017 was Aichinger Chairman of the Admissions Committee for dentists Südbayern to § 96 SGB V . He had a decisive influence on the Bavarian professional policy of dentists.
