Devecser small area

The small area Devecser (Hungarian Devecseri kistérség ) was a Hungarian administrative unit created in 2011 from the small area Ajka ( LAU 1, small area ) within the Veszprém county in central Transdanubia . In the course of the administrative reform of 2013, the small area was completely transferred to the following Devecser district ( Devecseri járás in Hungarian ). The municipality of Noszlop from the small area of ​​Ajka was added to this new district.

At the end of 2012, 13,966 people lived in the small area of ​​Devecser on an area of ​​387.67 km². Population and population density (36 inhabitants / km²) were thus the lowest in the county ..

Administrative seat was the only city Devecser (4,427 Ew.).
