action

Professor Akron invented a special filter that amplifies a laser beam millions of times. Hundreds of thousands of people could be murdered using this filter. The organization of the golden dragon wants to buy the filter from Professor Akron and offers him a blank check and a week to think about it. Worried for his life and that of his daughter Sybille, the professor calls Commissioner X for help.

He comes to Singapore with Captain Tom Rowland, but first has to survive five attacks before he meets the professor. Despite intensive security, the organization managed to kidnap Sybille Akron in order to blackmail the filter. The tracks of the golden dragon lead Commissioner X to the old Chinese city and to Li Hu Wang, who rules the Singapore market.
