Korn III - Remember Who You Are (English for: " Korn III - Remember who you are ") is the ninth studio album by the US American Nu-Metal band Korn . It was released on July 13, 2010 by Roadrunner Records . The album was recorded in a four-person line-up with new drummer Ray Luzier , who was previously only a live member.
Emergence
Korn worked again with Ross Robinson , who already produced the band 's first two albums . Long-time drummer David Silveria had left the band during the recording process for the untitled predecessor , and Ray Luzier has now found a permanent alternative for him. In contrast to its predecessors, the album was recorded with less use of Pro Tools . The band described it as "rawer" than the previous ones and as "old school". Korn singer Jonathan Davis said in advance that a large part of the album deals with "organized religion". After an expired two album contract with Virgin Records , this album was released on Roadrunner Records . The title refers to the fact that the band wants to build on the first two albums Korn and Life Is Peachy .
