Crucifixion and Entombment Windows in Bieuzy

The crucifixion and entombment window in the Catholic parish church of Notre-Dame in Bieuzy , a district of the French community Pluméliau-Bieuzy in the Morbihan department in Brittany , which was founded in 2019 , was created in the 16th century. The stained glass window was added to the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique in 1912 .

The window in the choir was created by an unknown workshop. It shows the crucifixion and the burial of Christ.

In addition to the crucifixion and entombment windows, two other windows from the Renaissance period have been preserved in the church (see also: Passion Window (Bieuzy) and Life of Jesus (Bieuzy) ).
