Krzysztof Ratajski (born January 1, 1977 in Skarżysko-Kamienna ) is a Polish darts player who is under contract with the PDC .

Career

Ratajski originally came from soft darts, where he was able to achieve some successes. In 2008, however, Ratajski qualified for the BDO World Darts Championship 2009 and began to concentrate more on the steel darts area. At the World Cup of Darts 2010 Ratajski represented his country Poland for the first time together with Krzysztof Kciuk , but lost in the first round to the New Zealand duo.

In 2017, Ratajski achieved one of his greatest successes to date. At the World Masters, a major tournament of the BDO , he was able to prevail in the final against the Englishman Mark McGeeney with 6: 1 legs . Meanwhile, Ratajski already played several tournaments at the PDC before he finally changed the association in 2017. In 2018 he was able to qualify for several European Darts Tour events due to the newly created East Europe Qualifier . In 2019 he won a tournament for the first time: at the Gibraltar Darts Trophy with 8: 2 legs against Dave Chisnall .

After his first participation in 2010, Ratajski also took part in 2013 and has been participating in the World Cup of Darts every year since 2017 , where he failed twice in the second round: in 2013 together with Krzysztof Kciuk against Germany and in 2019 together with Tytus Kanik against the Netherlands .
