Kurita Kōgyō KK ( Japanese 栗 田 工業 株式会社 , Kurita Kōgyō Kabushiki-gaisha , English Kurita Water Industries ) is a Japanese manufacturer of systems and chemicals for water treatment .

The company was founded in 1949 as a manufacturer of scale prevention chemicals ( hydrazine ). Today, various process chemicals are used in the paper and metal industries such as B. produces film-forming polyamines , cooling water chemicals and flocculants .

In 2013, the aluminum, paper and water (APW) division was taken over by BK Giulini .
