The second LIHG championship took place from February 22 to 24, 1913 in St. Moritz , Switzerland . The tournament of the Ligue Internationale de Hockey sur Glace (LIHG) , today the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), was referred to in contemporary newspapers as the world championship and was in competition with the European ice hockey championship .

Germany, represented by the Berlin Ice Skating Club , won the tournament as in the previous year with a record of three wins from four games.
