The Ladritschbach or Ladritscher Tobelbach , in old maps also Ladritsch Bach , is a tributary of the Lutz in the Großwalsertal in Vorarlberg .
Run and landscape
The Ladritschbach rises south of the Portlahorn in the municipality of Damüls and flows south from there, breaking in the Ladritschtobel through the flysch between the Walserkamm and Glatthorn group , where it also forms the municipality boundary between Blons and Sonntag , and finally flows into the Lutz at Garsella from the right .
The L 51 Laternser Straße Rankweil - Laterns - Furkajoch - Damüls - Au passes the Ladritschbach near the source, the river valley itself is completely pathless.
nature
The Ladritschbach flows as a wild mountain stream through a largely natural gorge with a steep slope. Its stream bed is mostly coarse gravel, in sections there are also large boulders and deep pools.
In the larger Ladritsch biotope, yew and beech forests predominate , especially in the lower zones . At higher altitudes, on the other hand, you can find fir and spruce trees and maples and ash trees thrive in the gorges . Grass garlands and rock corridors dominate where the terrain is occasionally very rocky .
The following endangered plant species are Latrischtal found: silver fir , yew, mountain elm , allium carinatum , Allermannsharnisch , Crowfoot Hasenohr , Cirsium acaule , Lady's Slipper , Marsh Helleborine , Hypericum hirsutum , Holly , Mehlprimel , Schwalbenwurz- , purple and Spring - Gentian .
Of animals, the red deer , roe deer and chamois deserve special mention. Also dippers , Wallcreeper and golden eagles were detected. In the Ladritschbach itself comes u. a. the brown trout .
