The Lady-H-Class is a coaster class of the Spliethoff belonging group shipping company Wijnne Barends in Delfzijl . The class was designed by Conoship International in Groningen .

In 2011, two ships of the class were at the Chinese shipyard Wenling Hexing Shipbuilding built. In 2017, the shipping company ordered six more ships from the Indian shipyard Chowgule & Company. Construction began in October 2017.

The drive of the vessels is carried out by a four-stroke - six-cylinder - diesel engine of the manufacturer Caterpillar (type MaK 6M25) with 2,730  kW power . A shaft generator with an output of 315 kW and two diesel generators with an output of 140 kW each are available for generating electricity. The ships are equipped with a bow thruster with 250 kW power.

The deckhouse is in the rear of the ships. There is a box-shaped hold in front of the deckhouse . It is 65.10 meters long, 11.20 meters wide and 8.34 meters high. The room is closed with eleven pontoon hatch covers, which can be moved using a hatch trolley.

The hull of the ships is reinforced with ice ( ice class 1A).
