Lake Bronson is located about two kilometers west of the lake of the same name in northwest Minnesota not far from the border with Canada in the north and North Dakota in the west. The place is at 48 ° 44'08 "north latitude, 96 ° 39'46" west longitude and extends over 1.55 km².

The US Highway 59 into a northwest-southeast direction as the main road through the Lake Bronson. All other roads are subordinate country roads, some unpaved roads and inner-city connecting roads.

With the Hallock Municipal Airport there is a small regional airfield 16 miles west of Lake Bronson.
