The Lamborghini Estoque is a four-door concept vehicle from Lamborghini , which was presented on the eve of the 2008 Paris Motor Show.

According to various media reports, the Estoque will be the first vehicle of the Italian brand to be produced in the People's Republic of China . The start of production was originally announced for 2012. At the beginning of 2010, the President of Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann , announced that there would be no series production and that the Estoque would therefore remain a concept vehicle.

The output of the Estoque is 412 kW (560 PS), which comes from a V10 behind the front axle. This comes from the Lamborghini Gallardo . If it comes to series production, a V8 derived from this V10 from the Gallardo with or without an additional electric motor or maybe even a diesel engine would also be possible. Like all current Lamborghini models, the Estoque also has permanent all-wheel drive. The length of the Lamborghini Estoque is 5150 mm, whereas the height is only 1350 mm. Furthermore, the width is 1990 mm.

Surname

The name Estoque , like many names of Lamborghini models, comes from bullfighting and describes the 90 cm long rapier with which the matador kills a bull.
