State Research Prize Baden-Württemberg

The State Research Award Baden-Württemberg is a university award from the State of Baden-Württemberg for particularly good and innovative research achievements.

The State Research Prize has been awarded annually since 1989 by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry for Science, Research and the Arts , in the basic research and application-oriented research categories . With 100,000 euros each, it is the most highly endowed research prize awarded by a federal state .

A jury made up of independent scientists decides on the award of works submitted by universities, technical colleges, non-university research institutions, scientific organizations and the members of the selection committee.
