State government Pröll IV
The provincial government Pröll IV formed the Lower Austrian provincial government between the state elections in Lower Austria in 2003 and the state elections in Lower Austria in 2008 . Erwin Pröll was sworn in again as governor of Lower Austria on April 25, 2003 . Due to the proportional representation system , despite the absolute majority of the ÖVP mandate, six ÖVP members and three members of the SPÖ were represented in the state government.
