The state parliament elected its board of directors under the senior president Anton Garthoff. State Parliament Director ( President of Parliament ) became Eduard Knoch. Anton Garthoff was elected as deputy.
The state parliament met between May 6, 1874 and May 30, 1876 for 29 public plenary sessions in one ordinary and one extraordinary session.
