Laubhof is one of 44 officially named districts of the Lower Bavarian city ​​of Riedenburg .

The hamlet is located about five kilometers west-northwest of Riedenburg and is at an altitude of 472  m above sea level. NHN .

history

As a result of the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the village became part of the independent rural community of Altmühlmünster , which also included the three wastelands Ambergerhof , Eggmühl and Mühlthal . In the course of the communal territorial reform in Bavaria carried out in the 1970s , Laubhof was initially included in the municipality of Meihern on April 1, 1971 together with the municipality of Altmühlmünster, with Martlhof and Mühlthal later being reunited to form the then still independent municipality of Zell . On January 1, 1978, Laubhof was incorporated into the city of Riedenburg together with the municipality of Meihern . In 1987 Laubhof had 29 residents.

The connection to the public road network is established by the KEH 2 district road , which runs directly through the town. Access to the Federal Motorway 9 is possible at the Denkendorf junction, a little more than twelve kilometers west-southwest of the village .
