The Laweke is a 14 km long stream in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz and in the Saalekreis .
course
The Laweke begins in Hedersleben on the Mansfelder Platte , a low mountain plateau . It then flows to the east, where it crosses a smaller forest on the stream and the village of Dederstedt . The Laweke valley then deepens and the village of Elbitz is affected in the north, east of Elbitz the border to the Saalekreis is crossed, then Schochwitz is reached. The valley of the brook widens. East of the village, the Laweke turns to the southeast, flows through Müllerdorf and flows into the Salza at Zappendorf .
