Neehausen is a district of the municipality of Seegebiet Mansfelder Land in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

Neehausen is about 11 km east of Eisleben .

history
The Neehausen was first mentioned in a document in 1068.
On July 1, 1950, the previously independent communities of Elbitz and Volkmaritz were incorporated.
On January 1, 2010, the previously independent communities Neehausen, Amsdorf , Aseleben , Erdeborn , Hornburg , Lüttchendorf , Röblingen am See , Seeburg , Stedten and Wansleben am See merged to form the single community Seegebiet Mansfelder Land. At the same time the administrative community Seegebiet Mansfelder Land , to which Neehausen belonged, was dissolved.
