Lemon Grove is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hardee County in the US state of Florida with 657 inhabitants (as of 2010).
Lemon Grove is about 10 km east of Wauchula and about 110 km east of Tampa . The CDP is crossed by Florida State Road 64 .
According to the 2010 census, the 657 inhabitants at that time were distributed among 276 households. 92.5% of the population identified themselves as whites, 1.4% as African American , 0.3% as Indians and 2.4% as Asian Americans . 2.4% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 0.9% to several ethnic groups. 12.6% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
In 2010 children under the age of 18 lived in 38.5% of all households and persons aged 65 or over lived in 24.3% of all households. 77.9% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring).
