Ližnjan ( Italian Lisignano ) is a village in the Istria County , Croatia . According to the 2011 census, the community has 3,965 inhabitants. Ližnjan / Lisignano is located on the southernmost tip of Istria near Pula / Pola. Ližnjan / Lisignano was first mentioned in 990.
