Li Hang ( Chinese  李 航 , Pinyin Lǐ Háng ; born February 4, 1995 ) is a Chinese ice hockey player who was last under contract at KRS Heilongjiang in the Wysschaja Hockey League .

Career

Li Hang began his career as an ice hockey player with the amateur team from Qiqihar , for which he made his debut in the Chinese ice hockey league at the age of 15 . After becoming Chinese champions in 2013 with his team, he moved to China Dragon , the only Chinese professional team at the time in the Asia League Ice Hockey . In early 2017 he was drawn to the Japanese league rivals Tōhoku Free Blades , where he ended the season. Then he was committed by KRS Heilongjiang , the newly founded Chinese team from the Wysschaja Hockey League .

International

For China, Li Hang took part in the junior division at the U18 World Championships 2011 and 2012 in Division II and 2013 in Division III as well as the U20 World Championships in Division III in 2012 , 2013 and 2015 when he and his compatriots Zhu Ziyang and Liu Yongshen achieved the best plus / minus balance of the tournament, was the top scorer of the tournament together with his compatriot Liu Qing and was also voted the best striker of the tournament, and took part in Division II 2014 . He also represented his colors in 2012 at the U20 tournament of the IIHF Challenge Cup of Asia .

The attacker made his debut for the men's national team at the World Championships in Division II in 2015 when he and the team from the Middle Kingdom achieved promotion from group B to group A. He also played in Division II in 2016 , 2017 and 2018. He also played for China in the Olympic qualification for the Winter Games in Pyeongchang 2018 .
