Libella is a brand for non-alcoholic soft drinks from Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co. KG , which came onto the German market in 1951 . It was developed by Rudolf Wild from Eppelheim with the aim of producing lemonade without preservatives , artificial colors and flavors . Characteristic in the early days of the brand was the brown bottle with transverse grooves and the yellow-green lettering printed directly on the bottle. History: international launches

Two years after its German market launch, Libella was also sold in Austria in 1953. In the 1960s, the drink was first marketed in Luxembourg under the trade name "Libellor". The Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic was the first Eastern European country to sell Libella in 1989. In 1995 it was introduced in Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Libella has also been available in Bulgaria since 1998 and in Kazakhstan since 1999.
