The Youzarsif H (2015)

On April 27, 2017, collided Liman at 11.45 am local time at the Black Sea north west of the Bosporus in heavy fog with the under Togolese propelled Flag 2334 BRZ large cattle truck Youzarsif H . The Youzarsif H was originally delivered on January 26, 1977 as a cargo ship of the Sietas Type 81 with the name Jan Kahrs from the Hamburg Norderwerft . After several sales, the ship was converted into a cattle transporter in 2013 and then re-measured with 2334 GT and a carrying capacity of 2103 tdw . The owner is the livestock shipping company Hammami Livestock, founded in 2000 and based in Tripoli (Lebanon) . At the time of the collision she was en route with a cargo of 8,800 sheep from Constanța in Romania to Aqaba in Jordan .

The Liman sank at 2:48 p.m. local time. The sinking point is 18 nautical miles north of Kilyos ( 41 ° 31 ′ 21.7 ″  N , 28 ° 52 ′ 10.8 ″  E ). The entire 78-person crew was rescued by the Turkish coast guard (63 people) and the Youzarsif H (15 people).

At the time of the collision, the Liman was supposed to monitor the NATO maneuver "Sea Shield" in the Black Sea.
