The cellar lane system on both sides, consisting of two short alleys in sunken paths or at the edges of the terrain, was laid out in the southern rear and is now surrounded by newer settlement areas. There are 30 buildings over a total length of 300 meters, around 20 of which are basements, some of which are eaves and some in the form of a shield wall. Most of the cellars are in need of renovation; the oldest dating is from 1868. About 250 meters further to the west there are some more cellars that Schmidbaur did not take into account on the edge of the terrain in Berggasse.

The cellar lane system is in the northern rear. It stretches over a total length of about 300 meters and consists of a few cellars on a slope in the eastern part (Brunnengasse / Am Teichfeld), a row of cellars on an east-west edge of the terrain (Am Teichfeld), and a few cellars on both sides in one Hollow road in the north-western part (Obere Teichfeldgasse).
Note: Schmidbaur gives only twelve buildings (only seven of them traditional cellars; oldest dating from 1784) over a length of 100 meters, which is clearly too little and probably only relates to the eastern part.f3

The cellar lane system consists of a few cellars on one edge of the terrain in the northwestern back and a long cellar lane on both sides in a ravine on the northwestern outskirts. Over a total of 500 meters there are 62 cellars, more than two-thirds of them in the form of a shield wall, the rest of the eaves. The oldest dating is from 1866. Around 1990 half of the cellars were in need of renovation. After the condition of Kellergasse deteriorated further in the following years and many cellars were in danger of collapsing, an initiative to revitalize the Kellergasse gradually developed from 2003 onwards. Several dozen cellars were repaired, and there has been an annual cellar lane festival since 2014 .
