The two-storey residential building with a solid ground floor, half-timbered upper floor and gable roof with spalling is a former house from the 2nd half of the 18th century. Overall, it is in very good original condition. In addition to the architecture of the exterior building, wooden ceilings above the ground floor and upper floor, a frame panel door from the construction period, an original sliding window, the wooden stairs to the top floor and the roof construction as a collar beam roof with a single standing chair have been preserved. The original room layout, including the kitchen vault and chimney, can be verified. The original wall shelf in a niche has been preserved on the ground floor. Window openings with a flat basket arch. The original roofing of the roof was restored in 1992 using historical materials and subsidized with municipal monuments in the amount of ten thousand German marks.
