The Mexican state of Campeche is divided into 11 administrative districts ( Municipios ) . These are made up of 5420 localities ( Localidades ), including 32 urban (urban). Localidades are small villages ( pueblo ), farms ( hazienda , rancho ) and all detached houses, regardless of whether they are inhabited or not. The administrative districts usually bear the name of their administrative center ( cabecera municipal ).
